"EXCELLENT!!!! I have been waiting to buy a Harley for a while, and when I decided I wanted a Road Glide Custom FLTRX. I searched the web and was not able to find any until I looked at Motorcity Harley, they had 5 available. I went in to look, Justin (JJ) helped me, and what a great guy he is. He helped me through the decision making process with finesse and I was extremely greatful for his patience and knowledge. He introduced me to everyone there, even Tom the owner, and they are all wonderful, after a bunch of anxious pre-owner E-mails back and forth to Justin, I came back a week later and bought the bike. Everyone at the dealership is great and I am very glad I came to Motorcity Harley. I live on the East side, and have many harley dealer choices available to me, but I am glad to have made the choice of Motorcity Harley to be my dealer of choice. "Just came in to look at the scooters. Didn't know what to expect. Been outta the saddle for years. Got married, raised the boys, took care of the pets, danced when we could. Had bikes b4. Few Harleyls, dirt bikes, miini, don't remember 'em all. Long story short, wanted something nice, something reasonably affordable, not too fancy, or too big. 1200L caught my eye. Still, probably didn't have enough scratch. We ran the numbers, sweated a little, had a smoke, talked some more, and waited. Got the feedback, got the go, got Sportster, 60 months at 1%. For me, Christmas came early last July. Even though I'm still doing 40 every week, I make time to mount up and putt whenever. Matter fact, Mrs has her own scooter now, an 883. Small, but nontheless, it's got meat on the bones. Regrets? Yeah, probably waited too long remembering how the wind felt flying at ground level."

"I was born and raised here in Michigan, moved to SW Florida for 20 years and loved my Harley Davidson Dealership there. I have looked for one that compares but never found one until we went to Motor City Harley Davidson. From the perfect sales girl Britt who sold us our 2011 Ultra Classic Limited to the General Manager Scott who personalized our visit. On to the tour of the Parts department and Service and then on to meet the sales team in clothing, apparel and gifts. Even in to the finance office, which we didn't need. We found our addition to our Biker Family and friends in Farmington Hill's greatest attraction......Motor City Harley Davidson. We live in Warren and are within distance to several dealerships but non treated us like MCHD........Hats off to you all............LET"S RIDE"

"I have been on a long search for my dream bike. I found the 2010 Street Glide on the Web site. I drove a hour to check it out. The bike was everything I had been dreaming about! Britt helped to educate me on the bike. It was close to closing time so I told them that I would be back the following day and make the purchase. Britt, Kevin, and Scott all were more than willing to stay after closing time for me to complete everything that night. Now that's customer service! I am more than happy with my experience with Motor City HD. Tim, JR, and Jeff in Parts and Service rock!!!!! I talked their ears off about the bike and every option. "I dropped by early January to get an education on Harley touring bikes. Will Mertz spent an hour and half with me going over all the attributes of each bike. This guy knows his stuff. I finally decided on an Ultra and I am absolutely thrilled with it.
Every department in your dealership has been very informative, warm and friendly. Between Leslie in the Service Dept to the girls in accessories, to the guys in parts, (who by the way amaze me with their patience) shopping at Motor City Harley has been a first rate experience. Not sure what charm school you send your staff to but they are the best.

"I just finished the Motor City Rider’s Edge and I want to express my sincere thanks to you for putting on a really good training program.
I had some concerns due to the poor performance of my first motorcycle course some fifteen years ago. That course and this course are as different as night and day. I did not have the best score on the riding test, but I did pass. And, I had fun while learning a whole lot of new things. My confidence level is very high now. I will ride my bike now with much more confidence than I ever did before.
What can be said about CJ and Heavy except great instructors and really nice guys. You are very fortunate to have them in your instructor group. It will be my intention to take the Experienced Riders Course, with them, after I get a few months riding time.
